Rise2Rule Apparel — Return & Refund Policy

At Rise2Rule Apparel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• In its original condition, with any original tags attached

• Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase

This policy applies to eligible T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and other apparel purchased directly from Rise2Rule Apparel.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at rise2ruleapparel@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

We will provide return instructions. Please do not send merchandise back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including size changes or changes of mind. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If we sent an incorrect or defective item, Rise2Rule Apparel will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at rise2ruleapparel@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, please contact us to arrange a return and place a new order, subject to availability.

Exceptions

Gift cards, personalized or made-to-order items, and final-sale merchandise are not eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. This does not limit any rights you may have regarding defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
